Magnolia Springs Loveland breaks ground

Magnolia Springs announced it has broken ground on a new 121-unit assisted living facility located in Loveland, Ohio, just northeast of Cincinnati. Construction is expected to take 12 to 14 months and the community should open in summer of 2017.  The state of the art community will contain 73 assisted living apartments with various room layouts and 48 memory care apartments for residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.
